PRICES:
The final trip price is EUR €749 for a full package (4 Days / 3 Nights). A deposit of EUR €500 is required by September 16th.
This price applies for all attendees that have registered and completed the payment for the trip. Thanks to economies of scale, the price will decrease should more people come to the trip!

HOW DO I DO THIS?
A few credit cards declines may occur during the payment process. If such is the case, we suggest for you to ask one of your classmates to help you settle the payment with his/her card, and transfer him/her back the money. The registration is only confirmed when the payment is done through the website using Paypal/Stripe to ensure smooth logistics
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
PHASE 1:
Payment of the first reservation deposit of EUR 500 is to be made on 16th of September 2024.
* IMPORTANT * Please note that registering for the trip by paying the deposit before the 16th of September is mandatory to secure a spot. December is a high season in Phuket, and past that deadline, the hotel won't be able to guarantee that they have rooms left for us!
PHASE 2:
The second and final payment will need to be paid by 10th of October 2024.
WHAT IF I CAN'T TRAVEL, CAN I GET A REFUND?
No refund is possible however you may transfer your spot to another student if you wish. We will address students' ticket transfer following strict rules of the first-come-first-serve basis.
The Chab Events team will facilitate the communication and transfer for tickets by email.

The participant agrees that the trip, whether it’s deposit or the full amount, is non-refundable individually or globally, save for any of the following unexpected events occurring to an individual guest within 40 days before the 12th of December 2024 except in the event that the trip that would prevent the guest to travel:

Death or Serious Injury or Serious Sickness of the guest, excluding COVID.

Death of one of the guest's immediate relatives.
Serious Injury or Serious Sickness definition: whenever applied to the guest means Injury or Sickness which requires treatment by a Medical Practitioner and which results in you being certified by that Medical Practitioner as unfit to travel or continue with your original trip or being dangerous to life, with the exclusion of COVID-19 as it is a know occurrence.​

For AON student insurance matters, please reach out to insead.support@aonstudentinsurance.com or +31 (0)10 448 8260 (Emergency). Personal liability (in case of injury) is covered by insurance in Aon, should you need additional coverage we suggest looking into other insurance.

WILL YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, we will cater for vegetarian, no pork, no lard and gluten free and/or vegan requirements. If you have any allergies kindly let us know on site, we will advise the kitchen.
CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT IF I DO NOT DRINK?
Large group trips as this are typically structured as a package deal, without option for individual drinking preferences. However, we did aim to create a careful balance between free-flow of drinks at some venues, and only limited number of drink coupons at others. Additionally, the price difference between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is relatively minor, so there's no noticeable difference on the final price.

WHAT IF MY DATES DO NOT MATCH?

The price of the package is designed based on specific dates and logistics. It is impossible for us to provide "A La Carte" requests as the package and trip would be affected. If you are unable to attend a certain day, you would still have to pay for the full package, but you are able to join late.

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
No, flights are not included. Please arrange your own flight travel to Phuket Airport.
We suggest you to arrive around 3pm and to leave around 11am as these are the check-in and check-out times.
CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN?
Yes, you can. Please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your family.
ARE PARTNERS WELCOME?
Definitely, your partners and spouses are more than welcome. In fact, our 24D survey shows that 30%+ of classmates are intending to bring their partners!
ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Yes, we will provide shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. We will share the bus schedules closer to the arrival date. Shuttles will be provided only on 12th / 13th December 2024 and 16th December 2024, from / to Phuket Airport from 9am to 9pm.
Please note that if you arrive or leave on a different date, no transport will be arranged individually as all transports are booked for the specific dates above.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?

If you are from one of the countries that are exempt from Thai visas, you can enter with just your passport, which must be valid for at least another six months. You can check the list of countries there: Thai E-Visa Official Website

Tourism Visa Cost: please check with the Thai embassy at your respective country.
WHEN DO I CHOOSE MY ROOMMATE?
Accommodation is based on a double occupancy. You can choose who you want to share your room with in the second phase of the registration, along with the upload of your travel details.
Partners are welcome, but will need to register as a separate attendee indicating the same room option. You can request each other as roommates in the second payment phase.
When choosing your roommate, please ensure that they have chosen the same bedroom option as you.
If you do not have any preference, we will randomly assign you a roommate (based on gender).

MARRIOTT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM:
Marriott Membership Program: Please note that we cannot get points as this is a group booking however all the other personal expenses on-site can be credited to your member account.

If you have a Marriott Membership, please share it with us, and upon the hotel's availability and your membership status, they may upgrade you. We will list the membership numbers on our rooming list in order of trip payments.
